Day at the Beach
That day was hot. One of those classic Australian beach days on a deserted beach on the South Coast of NSW, when the sky is crystal clear blue, the sand is hot and the water inviting yet the waves rough. Setting up my painting kit in the sand dunes under some scrubby tea tree made for a good vantage point of the waves.
